The condition is fulfilled if the contact has been tagged with a given status. The contact’s status defines whether the contact is your regular client, a prospect, a partner or remains undefined. The status is set while importing the contact from a file (with ‘prospect’ being the default status. The status of contacts is set for the entire imported database) but you can also change it using an API query or individually – on the contact card.
