The ‘External event has been modified’ event allows you to detect changes in details of an external event that has been sent to the system.

To set this rule: 

[1] Type: external event has been modified.

[2] Event type: choice of external event e.g. purchase.

[3] Expected change: if you choose for example:  value, products, date – the system will connect the variables with the word ‘OR‘.

In the example shown above, the rule will be activated if the value or product or date in the external event defined as purchase is modified.
