SALESmanago allows you to automatically generate QR codes in sent emails.
QR codes are used to code detailed information in graphic form. To read hidden information in QR code in an email, use the QR code reader. Very often QR codes are used in marketing activities. Using them you can send emails with interesting information in different form than just plain text.
QR codes can be generated in the emails created in the HTML editor. To do this, you have to add a special code (you can find it below – example of HTML template with QR code generator). In order to correctly encode information, you have to change following information:
$qrCode::codeName::http://
codeName – here you have to enter your code name, which allows you to identify your code (e.g. Special_code).
http://www.salesmanago.com – here you have to add the link to the page, that contact will be redirected after reading the code,
350 – code size in pixels (QR code is a square, so if you add the value 350 px, code will be a square with 350 x 350 px dimensions).

IMPORTANT:
QR code will be generated after sending an email. To see how the QR code looks, send a test email.
